Aisa Store is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider, including currency conversion fees or international transaction fees.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at aisabeautyuk@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
We are not liable for errors in orders resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong shipping address).
5. Shipping & Delivery
Aisa Store ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are provided as a guide only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery times are generally:
- Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Aisa Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
