Thank you for shopping at Aisa Store. We ship worldwide and are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Destinations

Aisa Store ships to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at aisabeautyuk@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs clearance. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated after receiving your tracking number.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Aisa Store ships internationally. Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. If you are unsure about the customs regulations in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.


8. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Aisa Store is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbours or building reception.
  • Check any safe locations where the carrier may have left the package.
  • Contact your local post office or carrier directly.

If after taking the above steps you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at aisabeautyuk@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Aisa Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at aisabeautyuk@gmail.com. We can only make address changes before the order has been dispatched.


10. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aisabeautyuk@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review your case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
