RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY Aisa Store Last updated: May 2025
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items must not be marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
- Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at: aisabeautyuk@gmail.com
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 3–5 business days.
- Do not send items back without receiving confirmation from our team first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Aisa Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at aisabeautyuk@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the item and the issue.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us at aisabeautyuk@gmail.com.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, the order may have already been processed and dispatched by our supplier.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at aisabeautyuk@gmail.com with your order number.
